Haymate Fodder reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at its discretion. By purchasing products on this website you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined on this page.
All prices shown on https://www.haymatefodder.com.au are in AUD, and include GST.
Orders placed online require payment using Visa and Mastercard before they can be finalised.
Haymate Fodder accepts no responsibility for any loss relating to or arising from the use or misuse of any of its products advertised on this website.
Customers are to use products at their own discretion.

Deliveries
We deliver to most areas of central and northern Victoria.
Delivery costs are based on the distance from our farm, located at 1837 Seven Mile Road Charlton Victoria, to your delivery address and start at $2.00 per bale.
Please select the correct delivery zone at the checkout page. If we believe an incorrect zone has been chosen we will contact you via phone to discuss further. Please see our delivery page for further information, or contact us for a quote.
Minimum order quantities for delivery apply. If we believe that an order does not satisfy this requirement we will contact you via phone to discuss alternative arrangements. These may include but are not limited to, increasing the quantity ordered, combining delivery with another order (this may result in some delay in delivery), or cancelling the order. We will do our best to work with you.
We will endeavour to complete deliveries within 7 days of payment, subject to stock availability and Haymate Fodder personnel availability. We are a working farm and appreciate your patience and understanding during our busiest times (generally October/November and April/May).

Returns
Haymate Fodder will refund products at the time of delivery if the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the product.
We will replace free of charge any products that are supplied damaged or soiled, or not matching the customer’s order.
Products no longer wanted by the customer will not be refunded.
